CSV processing
Supplier CSV files are read, checked, edited and exported in your browser. Rowwise has no product file upload endpoint. File contents stay in page memory until you leave or reload.
Local templates
When you save a mapping, this browser stores the template name, source column names and target field names in local storage. It does not store product rows there. Clear site data to remove saved templates.
Accounts and email
If you register, Rowwise stores your email, a salted password hash, email-verification state, hashed one-time verification and recovery tokens, session records, and request-limit counters in Cloudflare D1. Resend receives your address and a verification or reset link when a message is requested. No message is claimed as sent if email delivery is unconfigured or rejected. Links expire after 30 minutes. Session cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, with Secure on HTTPS. Sessions end after seven days at most, after 24 hours without use, or when you sign out; a password reset revokes existing sessions.
Sandbox billing
When Sandbox checkout is enabled for testing, Rowwise sends an account reference to PayPal Sandbox and stores subscription IDs, status, paid access expiry, and verified webhook event IDs. PayPal handles its checkout details. Rowwise does not send product CSV files to PayPal. No live charges are enabled.
Website operation
Cloudflare may process standard requests such as IP address and browser details to serve the site. Rowwise uses request IP addresses for rate limits, stored as hashed limit keys in D1. The codebase does not include analytics or advertising cookies. The sample CSV is fetched from this website.
