A simple route from
source to storefront.
Five steps help you turn a product spreadsheet into a CSV you can review for a new Shopify product import.
Upload your CSV
Choose a UTF-8 CSV file up to 5 MiB and 5,000 rows, or start with sample data. Your file is processed in your browser session.
Map your columns
Review editable heading suggestions, then save or reload a mapping in this browser. Prices, SKUs, and inventory are copied as text without automatic correction.
Check product structure
Review blocking errors and warnings with original source line numbers. The checks cover product rows, variants, images, prices, and selected inventory dependencies.
Preview and edit
Move through the rows in pages of 10, add a missing Shopify field when needed, and change values directly. All rows are included when you export.
Download your file
Download a CSV with Shopify's current product column names. Review it against your store's import requirements before uploading to Shopify.
Compare the supplier input sample ↓ with its Shopify output sample ↓. Image URLs in these samples are placeholders; replace them with publicly accessible images before an import.
This tool is for new product imports. Shopify's rules depend on your store, especially existing handles, images, locations, and fulfillment services. Compare the output with Shopify's official CSV guide ↗. A user reports that a converted supplier CSV created products in Shopify; the import log was not independently inspected. Live image import remains unverified, and a ceramic mug priced 18.50 displaying as 19 in a JPY store is unresolved.
